Tips For Therapists

The writings and ideas of an Integrative Psychotherapist in London.

IMG_2348.jpeg

Hello,

Tips for Therapists was born out of my desire to deeply understand my practice, to become better at giving therapy, and to connect with other therapists.

Although therapy is about forming and building relationships, being a therapist can be a solitary occupation as the relationship isn’t about you or your needs.

The growth of the ‘Tips’ community has been an unexpected but deeply fulfilling and connecting experience, and my writings offer a glimpse into some of my thoughts and personal experiences working as an Integrative Psychotherapist in London, UK.

I believe that being a therapist means a dedication to life long learning and self-development.

I hope you find this space inspiring and thought provoking.

My name is Lesley Kollikho. Please read on, subscribe, comment or take a look at the services I provide. It would be lovely to connect.

Thank you.

Therapist's Self-development Journal

I designed this journal for therapists dedicated to their continued emotional, physical and mental exploration. This is not a substitute for therapy but can be a helpful addition to getting to know yourself on a deeper level.

The journal has over forty-two self-explorative activities that examine all aspects of self. These creative activities explore childhood, your body, unconscious processes, being a therapist, and much more.

All you need is a pen, some creative materials and a willingness to be curious.

Be open and discover new things about yourself and your identity as a therapist.

Please click on the button below to take you to my Etsy shop, where you can read more about the journal and make a purchase.
